Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale-I): A Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Graduation level. Candidates with a Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with both Hindi and English as subjects at the Graduation level are also eligible.
HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I): A Graduate Degree combined with a 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.
